Job Summary:

We are seeking an ICT Support Officer to provide timely and friendly customer support to assist the ICT department in delivering ICT services throughout Victoria.

This is a unique opportunity for a passionate and highly motivated ICT professional to contribute to our incredible journey. Reporting to the ICT Manager, you will work collaboratively with the team to deliver outstanding results.

  • Experience in providing professional, customer-focused ICT support to technical and non-technical personnel
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to engage a range of users and help them embrace technology
  • Ability to work constructively and productively in a small team environment supported by vendors in an outsourced environment
  • Demonstrated initiative and keen interest in staying up-to-date with technology

Key Responsibilities:

Support the ICT Manager in the delivery of ICT Services

Provide procurement services ensuring timely delivery and accurate accounting of all Society ICT-related assets and services;

Assist in the development, delivery, implementation and monitoring of assigned IT assets

Liaise with external vendors regarding the facilitation, support and use of telecommunications landline and mobile services

Document and improve procedures, being proactive in the design and implementation of efficient systems
