ICT Manager Position

The ICT Manager is responsible for overseeing the school's Information and Communication Technology infrastructure, networks, and leading a team of technical experts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide efficient and timely support to staff with ICT-related issues.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of ICT resources and infrastructure across the college community.
  • Offer technical advice to senior management and other stakeholders on ICT matters.
  • Manage user access and permissions to the school network and learning management system.
  • Lead a team of technicians in completing ICT tasks efficiently.
  • Oversee all ICT hardware, including procurement, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Ensure high network availability with minimal disruption to staff and students.
  • Manage the college's network security.
  • Manage the College printing and copying accounting system.
