About this role

This position involves providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely, efficient, and effective claims management for members and third parties.

You will be responsible for assisting members with empathy and kindness, providing support and advice, managing claims end-to-end, handling calls professionally, and making accurate decisions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Discussing and negotiating settlement options clearly and honestly with stakeholders.
  • Applying Product Disclosure Statements and process documentation to ensure transparency, consistency, and compliance.
  • Participating in coaching and training to build your and your team's capabilities.

About the ideal candidate

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in insurance claims or pet health or veterinary industry.
  • Possess passionate about delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
  • Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Able to navigate multiple systems and work autonomously when required.
  • Adaptable to change, receptive to feedback, and committed to personal development.
