About This Role

In this exciting opportunity, you will be empowered to manage a diverse portfolio of property claims, ensuring transparency and understanding at all stages of the process.

  • Empathetic Claims Management: Oversee the complete property claims process with compassion, ensuring our members feel supported during their most challenging times.
  • Claims Handling: Efficiently manage the lodgement, triaging, and ongoing oversight of claims, providing clear communication and proactive follow-ups every step of the way.
  • Negotiation and Transparency: Negotiate settlements when appropriate and clearly explain claim outcomes, ensuring transparency and understanding at all stages of the process.
