Vehicle Repair Specialist

At our organisation, we're dedicated to delivering top-notch repairs for vehicles. Our team of skilled professionals ensures that every vehicle leaves our workshop in pristine condition.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Panel Beater with extensive experience in their field. They'll possess exceptional attention to detail and be able to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect received parts for defects and store them accordingly.
- Disassemble vehicles according to the job sheet, noting broken parts and additional repairs required.
- Communicate any defects to the relevant team member.
- Colour match and mix paints for vehicle preparation and painting.
- Prep, prime, and paint vehicles in accordance with the job sheet requirements.
- Buff and denib vehicles.
- Repair vehicles to OEM standards, adhering to estimates and job sheets.
- Reassemble vehicles.
- Handle vehicles with care and attention.
- Keep the work bay and workshop areas clean.
- Cook apprentices when necessary.
- Use company tools and equipment responsibly.
About You
We seek a Trade qualified Panel Beater with prior experience in a similar role. Strong commitment to workplace safety, excellent communication skills, and high attention to detail are essential.
The successful candidate must be able to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a reliable attendance record.
