Property Claims Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to fill the role of Property Claims Specialist. This position will involve working closely with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of claims.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on repair life cycles, ensuring high-quality work and meeting key performance indicators. You will be responsible for managing competing priorities and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Providing top-notch customer service is essential in this role.
  • High levels of organization and time management are required to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Resilience and a focus on achieving positive outcomes for stakeholders are crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately and efficiently manage assigned claims.
  • Have a good understanding of trade reports and general knowledge of builder terminology.
  • Communicate clear and accurate advice, solutions, timeframes, and claim progress to all stakeholders.
  • Prior claims/insurance experience is essential.
  • A team player who can operate effectively in a dynamic environment.
