To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- A valid Driver's License, including Provisional License.
- High proficiency in spoken and written English, enabling effective communication with colleagues and stakeholders.
- The ability to pass Drug, Alcohol, and Audio tests, after six months of employment, demonstrating your commitment to a safe working environment.
- Capability of obtaining an ASIC card, after six months of employment, further enhancing your qualifications.
- Flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and Public Holidays, ensuring a diverse and dynamic work schedule.
- Capacity to undertake shifts between 4-10 hours per day, adapting to changing operational requirements.
- Ability to work shifts spanning 04:00 - 02:00, demonstrating your adaptability and willingness to work varied hours.
- A commitment to a minimum of 32 hours per fortnight, ensuring consistent contribution to the team.
- Availability for a 1-week full-time paid training, embracing opportunities for growth and development.
