About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dining Experience Specialist to join our team as a permanent full-time Catering Attendant on PM shifts.

As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that all elements required for a memorable dining experience are delivered onboard our airline customers' flights.

You will be responsible for performing various tasks across our kitchen, bar make-up, and wash areas, including stocking airline carts with dry store items, restocking areas to par levels, and ensuring compliance with food safety and HACCP guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stocking airline carts with dry store items including equipment, packaged snacks, and canned/bottled beverages.
  • Ensuring accurate count of each item and filling out paperwork for each airline cart
  • Restocking areas to par levels for all equipment and dry goods
  • Loading and unloading industrial wash lines, ensuring that all cutlery, crockery, and glassware are in perfect condition
Requirements
  • Attention to detail and focus on keeping accurate count
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time, as well as move and lift items.
  • Ability to work shift work across a 7-day roster including some weekends
  • Neat and tidy presentation.
  • Knowledge of basic food hygiene and HACCP (desired but not essential).
