Conference and Events Attendant

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy delivering polished guest experiences.

  • Ensure event spaces are set up and packed down according to event orders and guest requirements.
  • Deliver food and beverage service during conferences, meetings, weddings, and special events.
  • Liaise with the kitchen and bar to provide smooth, timely service.
  • Provide attentive, friendly, and professional service to all guests and event hosts.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of function areas throughout the event.

This hands-on role involves working in a dynamic environment where flexibility, teamwork, and communication skills are essential.

About You

Prior experience in functions, banquets, or events is preferred but not required.

  • You have strong communication and guest service skills.
  • You can follow event briefs and adapt to changing requirements.
  • You are a team player who can work calmly under pressure.
  • You are available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • You hold valid NSW RSA certification.

To be successful in this role, you must be physically fit and able to move equipment and furniture safely.
