We are seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel to play a critical role in shaping our company's strategy and driving impact by providing timely and accurate legal advice to support business decisions and mitigate risk.

The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of financial services, contracts, technology law, IP, debt recovery, and corporate governance. They will also have proven experience in risk and compliance, including regulatory engagement and incident resolution.
A minimum of 9 years post-admission experience in a corporate/commercial legal environment is required. A background in public companies or financial services is highly desirable.
Key qualifications include an LLB or equivalent legal qualification, a commerce or finance degree, and eligibility to hold a current legal practising certificate in WA or another Australian jurisdiction.
