Job Opportunity:

A highly skilled and experienced Legal Advisor is sought to join our in-house legal team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will play a key role as a trusted advisor to all areas of the business, including commercial, finance, projects, operations, exploration, native title, human resources, company secretarial, and management.

  • Provide strategic legal advice on commercial, contractual, and corporations law matters
  • Negotiate and draft commercial contracts
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 5-12 years of post-admission experience, with a background in the mining, resources, construction, or engineering sector
  • Bachelor's degree in law, admission to the Supreme Court of an Australian State or Territory with a current legal practising certificate
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to influence and educate across all levels of the business
