Strategic Credit Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Credit Analyst.
This role will involve reviewing equipment finance facilities to determine customer credit worthiness, approving or rejecting finance applications, and assisting in the review and administration of wholesale and retail customer lines of credit.
The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, be able to work under pressure, and possess strong written and oral communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Review financial information and data to make informed decisions;
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective credit management;
- Develop and implement strategies to improve portfolio performance;
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures;
- Negotiate complex financial transactions;
- Prepare regular reports on portfolio performance.
- Be highly analytical and demonstrate an organised approach to work;
- Proven ability to work under pressure;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills;
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with multiple business units.
A Finance / Business / Accounting degree or equivalent experience is required.
