We are seeking passionate professionals who can build and nurture relationships with new teachers, organisations, and individuals in the early childhood sector. As a Coach and Mentor, you will champion excellent early childhood education and care by mentoring new teachers and working with organisations and individuals in the early childhood sector to improve their practice and service effectiveness.
This role offers hybrid work opportunities - coaching delivery includes onsite and online options. You will have the freedom to choose your days/hours of work and between casual or part-time employment.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood and full VIT registration
- Experience in a leadership role in the early childhood sector
- The ability to act as a facilitator, mentor, and coach, and work effectively at an individual, group, and organisational level
- Excellent communication and critical reflection skills, with the ability to identify individual and organisational needs and provide achievable recommendations to address them
