TheirCare was founded in 2017 with a mission to enrich communities and support families all year round.

Our goal is to create engaging programs for children with special needs, utilizing industry-leading programming tools.

We are seeking an experienced educator to lead our OSHC service and work closely with the Area Manager to support the needs of the service and region.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for mentoring your team of educators, creating quality before and after school care and Holiday Programs, and fostering positive relationships within the school community.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading and mentoring a team of educators

- Creating engaging programs for children with special needs

- Building positive relationships with the school community

- Managing compliance documents and other administrative tasks

**Requirements:** - Previous experience in the childcare/OSHC industry - Excellent communication skills - Ability to build strong, positive relationships - Valid Employee Blue Card - Willingness to obtain valid HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting - National Criminal History Check
