We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to lead our team of educators.

The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding our team, inspiring the next generation of bright minds, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality education programs.

  • Ensure consistent upholding of the Child Safe Standards and a culture prioritising children's safety and wellbeing.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management and smooth operation of the service.
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and mentoring of new team members.
  • Maintain strong administrative and compliance practices.
  • Built positive and effective family and community relationships.
  • Support innovative educational program development and delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement through the Quality Improvement Plan.
  • Create a positive workplace culture, celebrating achievements, and inspiring excellence.

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Previous leadership/management experience in Early Childhood Education.
  • Strong operational, compliance, and financial acumen with proven ability to meet targets.
  • A supportive and inspiring leadership style with a focus on mentoring and team development.
  • A deep commitment to quality education and care, and to building strong partnerships with families and community.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Flexibility, initiative, and a willingness to go above and beyond.
