Appliance Installation Specialist


About the Role:

The Appliance Installation Specialist will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to customers by installing a range of home appliances, including stoves, cooktops, fridges, washing machines, dishwashers, and all things electrical.

As a qualified electrician, you will measure, quote, and handle any necessary wiring modifications for a hassle-free installation.

  • Arrange arrival times with customers to ensure they know exactly when their new appliances will be delivered.
  • Install kitchen and laundry appliances, such as dishwashers, rangehoods, microwaves, fridges, and other electrical devices.
  • Make quick electrical tweaks to ensure safe and seamless connections for optimal appliance performance.
  • Remove old appliances and packaging materials, leaving customers' homes spotless.
  • Troubleshoot any hiccups and keep customers smiling.

This is a permanent full-time role, working Monday to Friday. A competitive salary package, including super, is on offer, along with overtime and tips available. Company vehicle, tools, uniform, and phone are provided.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year of electrical experience plus relevant certification.
  • Experience installing appliances or furniture is a definite bonus.
  • A solid driving history is key, as you will be on the road regularly.
  • You take safety seriously—both yours and the customers'.
  • You love interacting with people and take pride in delivering exceptional service.
  • You can handle busy schedules and unexpected challenges without missing a beat.
  • Comfortable using basic applications to manage schedules, quotes, and updates.
