About This Role:

We're seeking skilled Handypersons to deliver excellent customer service and ensure home appliances are working perfectly.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Install a range of kitchen and laundry appliances, including fridges, dishwashers, washing machines and more
  • Coordinate arrival times with customers and ensure timely delivery
  • Safely deliver and install appliances, following all necessary guidelines
  • Troubleshoot and test each appliance to ensure it's working correctly
  • Remove old appliances and packaging, leaving the space clean and tidy

Requirements:

  • Experience with appliance installation, handyman work or similar hands-on jobs
  • Basic knowledge of power tools and equipment
  • Valid driver's licence and good driving record
  • Strong safety awareness and ability to follow guidelines
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work independently
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Able to manage a busy day and handle unexpected challenges
