Appliance Repair Technician Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Appliance Repair Technician to join our team on a full-time basis. As a leading provider of appliance repair services, we offer a dedicated and experienced workforce that provides top-notch service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose faults in home appliances and white goods, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution.
  • Adjust, repair and replace worn and defective parts in home appliances and white goods, maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Maintain home appliances and white goods, ensuring they operate at optimal levels.
  • Reassemble, test operate and adjust home appliances and white goods, guaranteeing customer satisfaction.
  • Install electronic and mechanical parts for home appliances and white goods, meeting industry standards.

Requirements:

  • A relevant Certificate IV or minimum 2 years' work experience in appliance repair.
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with customers and colleagues.
  • Good attention to detail and a positive attitude towards work-related matters, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Solid organisational skills, allowing efficient management of workload and priorities.

Working Conditions:
