The Opportunity

We're looking for experienced strategy consultants to join our Sydney or Melbourne-based team. As a senior associate or manager, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering strategic outcomes for our clients. Lead teams on commercial due diligence, exit support, and portfolio company strategy. Manage day-to-day project execution and ensure timely delivery of client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead teams of 3–5 consultants on complex projects
  • Manage day-to-day project execution and ensure timely delivery of client requirements
  • Facilitate client meetings and present findings that influence major investment decisions
  • Collaborate with teams, bringing your expertise to guide engagements
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate or postgraduate degree with a strong academic record
  • 5–6 years of experience in strategy consulting, private equity, or corporate finance
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage client relationships, and deliver complex projects
