Case Manager Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced professional to deliver high-quality case management support services to young men, women, and families experiencing homelessness.

This role is based in a youth refuge where you will be supporting young people in crisis and providing therapeutic environments for growth and development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting ongoing assessments of clients' needs and circumstances from initial intake to end of support period
  • Managing situations where residents display inappropriate behavior
  • Identifying improvements to develop and implement processes or programs addressing gaps
  • Participating in strategic working groups to influence industry development
  • Collaborating with colleagues on case plan development and review

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree in Social Work or related field
  • Relevant experience in social services or a related environment
  • A valid driver's license
  • A Working with Children's Check
