The Role:

Fitness industry professionals at our clubs play an essential role in building and maintaining a thriving membership base.

They are responsible for helping people become faster, fitter, stronger and happier through proactive sales activities and exceptional customer service.

These professionals are experts in all things fitness, able to seamlessly swap between sales and lead generation, provide exceptional service and achieve successful customer outcomes on the reception desk, and proactively communicate with current members to enhance their club experience and drive positive member retention.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to driving sales through sales promotions and referrals campaigns
  • Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals and identifying new business opportunities
  • Achieve required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
  • Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Create great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions
  • Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
  • Open and close the club as per the club roster
  • Be actively involved in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
  • Maintain regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey - recommending club-based products that would boost their results and amplify their experience


About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need to be able to build rapport with people from varied walks of life with a desire to help people succeed in their goals, solve problems and overcome obstacles, have outstanding communication abilities and tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals.

You must be customer focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes.
