Personal Fitness Coach Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Personal Fitness Coach to join our team. As a Coach, you will be responsible for delivering Coaching Zone sessions (small group training) as part of our revolutionary program.

You will work closely with your Fitness Manager to develop business strategies and ensure the success of the program. You will also have opportunities to work on the gym floor and in personal training.

Our ideal candidate is someone who is enthusiastic, has great communication skills and can inspire and lead a group of members and coaches. If you have a Certificate IV in Fitness, registration with Fitness Australia and current First Aid and CPR certification, we would love to hear from you.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow their career with a dynamic and growing organisation. They will also have access to ongoing training and development to help them achieve their goals.

  • Key Requirements of the Position:
    • Demonstrate inspirational leadership qualities
    • Show ability to engage and coordinate a group of clients
    • Hold a 'Can Do' attitude
  • Desirable Qualifications:
    • Level 1 Boxing
    • Level 1 Kettlebell
    • Strength and Conditioning Level 1
