About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Support Consultant. In this exciting role, you will play a key part in building and maintaining a thriving membership base, helping thousands of people achieve their fitness goals.

Your Key Responsibilities

- Contribute to achieving membership growth through proactive sales activities and referrals campaigns
- Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach and networking opportunities
- Provide exceptional service on the reception desk, ensuring a positive experience for members
- Proactively communicate with current members to enhance their club experience and drive retention
- Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries, providing solutions to member needs
- Open and close the club as per the roster, ensuring seamless operations
- Involve actively in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
- Regularly engage with new and existing members to keep them engaged, recommending products that boost results and amplify their experience

What We Are Looking For

- Current First Aid & CPR certificates
- Ability to build rapport with diverse individuals, with a desire to help people succeed in their goals
- Problem-solving skills and ability to overcome obstacles
- Outstanding communication abilities - able to listen, understand, empathise and influence others
- Tenacity with a natural drive to achieve targets and contribute to team success
- Customer-focused with a desire to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
