">As a key member of our team, you'll play an essential role in building and maintaining our membership base. You'll inspire prospective members to begin their wellness journey with us and help thousands of people become faster, fitter, stronger and happier versions of themselves.
">The role is highly varied, with two clear goals: driving membership growth through proactive sales activities and retaining existing members through exceptional customer service. You'll be an expert in all things Goodlife, seamlessly swapping between sales and lead generation, providing positive and personalised interactions, and driving positive member retention.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Proactively contributing to club sales through sales promotions and referrals campaigns
- Generating and converting high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals and identifying new business opportunities
- Delivering sales presentations and tours to prospective members
- Creating great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions
- Achieving successful outcomes to enquiries
- Active involvement in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
