Job Title: Member Support Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Member Support Consultant. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and helping people achieve their health and wellness goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to club sales budget by utilizing sales promotions and referrals campaigns
  • Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals, and identifying new business opportunities
  • Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximize sales opportunities
  • Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Create great member journeys via positive and personalized interactions
  • Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
  • Open and close the club as per the club roster
  • Active involvement in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
  • Regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey - recommending club-based products that would boost their results and amplify their experience

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current First Aid & CPR certificates
  • Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life with a desire to help people succeed in their goals
  • The ability to solve problems, and overcome obstacles
  • Outstanding communication abilities - able to listen, understand, empathize, and influence others
  • Tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals
  • Customer-focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes
