Executive Store Leader Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced retail leader to drive customer experience, sales performance, and store business growth.

About the Role:

  • Inspire, develop and lead a team of Retail Stylists to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Build and nurture authentic relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales and business growth
  • Implement marketing initiatives and events to increase brand awareness
  • Deliver daily and monthly reporting on sales targets, KPIs and insights to inform business decisions
  • Oversee inventory management and operational functions to ensure excellence
  • Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising to showcase products effectively

About You:

  • Previous retail management or assistant management experience
  • Strong sense of style and confidence in offering styling advice
  • Genuine interest in beautiful product and fabrications
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Strong leadership skills to train, develop and inspire a team
  • Highly organised, efficient and detail-oriented
