The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or events, with a strong understanding of dealership operations and automotive retail environments. They will possess excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, as well as analytical abilities to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.

In this hands-on, commercially focused role, you will partner closely with dealers, sales teams, and the broader marketing function to localise national campaigns, execute showroom activations, and equip the network with the tools and resources to succeed in a competitive retail environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing retail marketing strategies to drive engagement, leads, and conversions at the dealership level
  • Partnering with dealers and sales teams to adapt national campaigns to local markets while maintaining brand integrity
  • Planning and managing retail promotions, seasonal campaigns, showroom events, and new product launches
  • Analysing market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to inform campaign direction
  • Overseeing the creation of retail marketing assets, including POS materials, digital content, showroom signage, and promotional tools
