**Regional Leadership Opportunity**

As a seasoned retail professional, you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and brand momentum through strategic planning, KPI tracking, and effective execution of business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the brand as a respected leader in retail and local communities, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and driving customer engagement.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to identify opportunities and drive growth, leveraging market trends and analytics to inform decision-making.
  • Lead by example to establish high-performance standards and drive accountability across all store teams, ensuring operational consistency and brand excellence.
  • Conduct regular store visits to coach in-store teams, providing actionable feedback and guidance to support their development and success.
  • Train, mentor, and develop Store Leaders and their teams to build strong leadership pipelines within the region, empowering them to take ownership of their roles and responsibilities.
  • Uphold the brand's standards in visual merchandising, customer experience, and operational excellence, ensuring a seamless and compelling retail environment that showcases the brand's values and mission.
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team culture across all stores, promoting open communication, transparency, and respect among team members.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of store teams to maintain high operational standards and brand alignment, ensuring new hires are equipped to succeed in their roles.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for resolving complex store-level issues, ensuring swift and effective resolution that minimizes impact on the business and supports the overall growth strategy.

About You

  • A proven leader with 2+ years of multi-site retail or field leadership experience, demonstrating a track record of success in driving KPIs and motivating store teams to meet or exceed performance targets.
  • Poised, adaptable, and resourceful – ready to lead in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and navigate ambiguity with confidence and composure.
  • An excellent communicator with exceptional written and verbal communication skills – clear, professional, and inspiring.
