Job Title

This is a key role within our organization, focused on delivering effective solutions for Health and Hospital Services (HHS) using Infor WFM as their rostering solution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work effectively in a team environment to ensure the successful and timely resolution of issues.
  • Demonstrate effective knowledge of integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions, particularly in the area of functional and solution responsibility relating to rostering systems.
  • Proven customer focus with an emphasis on building relationships and understanding customer needs.
  • Proven effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated initiative and drive to achieve results and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to travel to HHS sites to provide onsite support if required.
