Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support the implementation of our Workforce Management (WFM) rostering solution across Nursing and Midwifery cohorts.

As a Workbrain Functional Expert, you will play a key role in providing system support to business users, triaging incidents related to WFM solution rollout, and analyzing issues to formulate controlled workarounds using advanced SQL skills.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, with expertise in integrated ERP solutions and root cause analysis. Contract extensions are likely for the right individual.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience as a Workbrain Functional Consultant/Principal System Support professional
  • Demonstrated knowledge of ERP solutions and ability to perform root cause analysis
  • Advanced SQL skills for issue analysis and workaround formulation
