Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Sales and Operations Manager to lead our team in Vic, Australia.

This role will involve:

  • Providing leadership and guidance to our South branch (WA and Vic) Service and Sales teams.
  • Maximising delivery performance, customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, sales order intake, revenue, and gross margin.
  • Managing a dedicated team of Technical personnel and Team Leaders, Service Administrators, and Account Managers.
  • Monitoring and managing service team utilisation and maintenance for high efficiency and productivity.
  • Taking financial responsibility for the Branch South overall Service operational performance.
