The Opportunity

You will serve as the primary representative of fleet management within your assigned region, dedicated to making fleet management effortless and efficient, both today and in the future.

In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of our mission, leading the establishment and growth of our connected services ecosystem across the International Markets region.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle, encompassing the development of our strategic vision, overseeing its successful implementation, and cultivating critical external relationships to drive widespread adoption and success.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of commercial vehicle productivity in a dynamic and expanding region.

You will report directly to the Transformation Director in Thailand. This role will be based in Australia at our National Sales Company Office in Richmond, Melbourne.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years direct experience in the fleet management or telematics space.
  • Strategic business leadership: Proven strong business acumen with the ability to manage a business line end-to-end, from strategic planning to successful execution.
  • Industry expertise: Deep understanding of fleet management industry practices, business models, and market dynamics.
  • Customer-centric solutioning: Profound understanding of commercial customer needs and the ability to translate these needs into innovative solutions.
  • Leadership & collaboration: Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders across multiple markets and time zones.
