Job Summary
Senior Change Analyst RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Change Analyst to join our change management team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving organizational transformation by leading and implementing change initiatives.
Main Responsibilities- Conduct thorough change assessments, analysis, documentation, and implementation to ensure seamless transitions and strong stakeholder engagement.
- Develop and execute strategies to manage stakeholder expectations and generate buy-in to change initiatives.
- Promote organisational alignment to deliver business engagement and change readiness.
