Senior Transformation Consultant

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Transformation Consultant to lead our change management activities related to various ICT enabled projects.

This is a challenging and rewarding career opportunity that will allow you to make a significant impact in a large, complex environment.

  • Lead the change management activities related to ICT enabled projects, utilising our ICT OCM Framework.
  • Identify and engage with project stakeholders to assess the business impacts of the change in the areas of technology, organisational, people and processes.
  • Create a comprehensive change management strategy providing strategic and tactical advice.
  • Lead a small team of resources for the organisational change management training and communication activities required to support the implementation phase of the project if applicable.
  • Have a solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process.
  • Complete the initial complexity assessment to scope out the level of change required.
  • Develop actionable deliverables for the change management levers:
  • Change impact analysis
  • Resistance management plan
  • Stakeholder analysis and engagement strategy
  • Communications action plan - coordinate all project communication activities
  • Training plans and packages - coordinate training schedules and resources to deliver the training
