Business Transformation Professional

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Transformation Professional to drive organisational change strategy for a major business transformation program involving the implementation of SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and a new core rostering system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute practical, people-focused change strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop materials to help teams adopt new systems, processes, and ways of working effectively.
  • Lead business side change and business process change initiatives to support organisational growth.
  • Manage executive engagement and hands-on delivery of training to front line / field staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in delivering training to front line staff (including Blue Collar / Field Workers) to improve their performance and productivity.
  • Experience leading Change Management from a Transformation Program Perspective to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience developing materials to help teams adapt to new systems, processes, and ways of working efficiently.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a dedicated change management role supporting major enterprise transformation projects to drive business success.

Desirable Skills

  • Proven experience designing and delivering change initiatives for ERP, HCM, or workforce management systems — ideally SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, or Rostering Platforms to achieve desired results.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to simplify complex concepts and ideas.
  • Familiarity with tools such as SharePoint, MS Teams, Adobe Creative Suite, WalkMe, or LMS platforms to enhance collaboration and productivity.
