Job Title: ELICOS Teacher/ Corporate Training Coordinator

ILSC Education Group is a world leader in language education and vocational training, offering life-changing educational experiences in Canada, Australia, and India. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ELICOS Teacher/ Corporate Training Coordinator to join our team.

Job Summary:

The ELICOS Teacher/ Corporate Training Coordinator will support the establishment and development of the ILSC Corporate Training division through ongoing collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. As an ELICOS teacher, they will play a crucial role in teaching across ILSC's language programs, engaging ILSC students in their English language studies, and ensuring best practice in learning & teaching methodologies. As a corporate trainer, they will help expand ILSC's presence in the corporate training sector, building relationships with corporate clients, and developing bespoke learning programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach a variety of multimodal ELICOS classes, including Business English as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with ILSC Head Teachers and other ILSC Teachers.
  • Prepare and upload clear lesson plans prior to each lesson.
  • Provide students with regular formative feedback.
  • Attend and actively participate in Session Meetings & Professional Development Sessions.
  • Assist with promotions, registrations, and prospective clients.
  • Liaise with company HR Departments to determine bespoke needs.
  • Regularly canvass corporate sector learning & development needs.
  • Assist with booking and cancellation management and invoicing.
  • Provide continued support and mentoring for new and existing trainers.
Requirements:
  • Recognised bachelor's degree (or equivalent).
  • Trinity Cert TESOL, Cambridge CELTA, or Cert IV TESOL (or equivalent).
  • Experience teaching Business English courses.
  • Experience in corporate sector training solutions & adult learning principles (desirable).
  • Passionate about English language teaching and corporate training.
  • Excellent people skills and ability to engage students and clients.
  • Strong verbal and written communication & presentation skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team.
  • Current Working with Children Check (as per state requirements).
  • Full Australian work rights.
