Materials Sourcing Specialist

This is a key role within our organization, responsible for procuring and managing materials to ensure smooth production operations.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, reliability, and lead times.
  2. Negotiate pricing and delivery terms with vendors.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers.
  4. Analyze and report on material usage and inventory levels.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Materials Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in materials sourcing or procurement.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
