Key Business Analyst Role

In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving AI transformation across our organization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • You will work closely with stakeholders to map workflows, identify areas for improvement and pinpoint opportunities for AI-driven value creation.
  • You will translate business needs into actionable technical requirements, user stories and solution specifications for AI projects.
  • You will collaborate with AI/ML engineers to ensure designs align with business objectives and leverage the Azure AI stack effectively.
  • You will support pilots, proofs-of-concept and enterprise deployment of AI solutions, including stakeholder engagement and change management.
  • You will assist with data governance, AI ethics and responsible AI practices in line with enterprise policies.
  • You will measure adoption, outcomes and ROI of AI initiatives to inform future strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst on AI-related projects is essential.
  • Strong skills in process mapping, business analysis and stakeholder engagement are required.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Azure AI & Data stack is highly desirable.
  • Experience bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams is necessary.
  • Agile delivery experience in cross-functional squads is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence senior leaders are crucial.
