Key IT Infrastructure Specialist Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing an organization's computer systems, networks, and technology infrastructure to ensure efficient and secure operations.

  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems, ensuring all technology components function effectively and securely.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computers, servers, software, and networking equipment promptly to minimize downtime.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong communication abilities to explain technical information clearly to non-technical users and collaborate with team members.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms virtualization technologies, and cybersecurity principles.
  • Experience with system backups, disaster recovery.
  • Ability to collaborate efficiently with team members in separate geographical locations and different time zones.
