Project Architect Leadership Opportunity
Our client is a highly respected design firm seeking an Architect to lead technical execution, mentor junior staff, and oversee projects from concept to construction in a collaborative and purpose-driven studio environment. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of professional experience in architecture, strong proficiency in Revit, and expertise in construction documentation, detailing, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the production and coordination of design and construction documents
  • Manage collaboration with consultants, contractors, and clients
  • Conduct code research, quality control, and document reviews
  • Guide project planning, design execution, and documentation strategies
  • Oversee construction administration including RFIs, submittals, and punch lists


The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of building codes, ADA compliance, and technical standards, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. Requirements
  • Registered Architect (RA) required
  • 8+ years of professional experience in architecture
  • Strong proficiency in Revit; working knowledge of SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe Suite preferred
  • Expertise in construction documentation, detailing, and coordination
  • Strong understanding of building codes, ADA compliance, and technical standards
