Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading complex technical initiatives, driving technical direction and roadmap, and authoring Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) that serve as blueprints for technical solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge and expertise in software development, system design, and technical leadership. They will have experience working with distributed web platforms, APIs, and messaging systems, as well as solid knowledge of JavaScript frameworks, GraphQL/Rest APIs, RDBMS/NOSQL, Containers, Infrastructure layer, and other related technologies.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex technical initiatives from inception to successful delivery
  • Drive technical direction and roadmap across multiple domains
  • Author ADRs that serve as blueprints for technical solutions
  • Develop and drive adoption of technical practices that improve team velocity

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in EE, CS or other related field
  • 10+ years of experience in building large scale, distributed web platforms/APIs with 5+ years as an architect/technical lead
  • Experience in creating and driving technical strategy and roadmap across multiple domains
  • Strong knowledge in end to end system design from frontend to backend involving JavaScript frameworks, GraphQL/Rest APIs, Messaging Systems, RDBMS/NOSQL, Containers, Infrastructure layer
