We are seeking an accomplished Senior Software Architect to lead our software development initiatives and drive technical innovation.

As a key member of our engineering team, you will have a strategic role in influencing the technical direction of our solutions while leveraging modern technology to design and execute critical product solutions.

This senior leadership position requires:

  • Taking ownership of the technical vision and strategy. Driving technical direction and influence leadership at a program and enterprise level - making informed decisions about technologies, tools, and best practices to get the job done.
  • Designing and building enterprise-wide solutions. Establishing technical standards and championing new technological advancements.
  • Performing full life cycle application development, including researching available technical options for features, providing guidance and feedback on the findings and building proof of concepts to confirm the best approach.
  • Performing code reviews to ensure code follows documented standards and best practices. Ensuring for the quality and state of the software delivery pipeline and guiding team to improve it.
  • Working with Solution and Enterprise Architects in the design, review, and implementation of new architectural solutions.
  • Mentoring and providing technical leadership to a team of engineers, guiding them in best practices and ensuring high-quality code.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of .NET software development experience building web-based applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence leadership and key stakeholders at varying levels within the organization.
  • Proficiency in modern software engineering best practices, including unit testing, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes/AKS).
  • Strong design and architecture mindset, with experience designing scalable, high-performance, and secure enterprise applications in Azure.
