Customer Service Coach and Knowledge Manager

This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about customer service and has experience in delivering training and coaching.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering on-the-job training and coaching to new and existing team members
- Developing and maintaining procedures and processes within relevant systems
- Creating and updating knowledge articles that align to best practice
- Identifying knowledge gaps and developing solutions to address them
A successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organised with strong time management skills, and have the ability to adapt to different audiences. They will also have experience in superannuation, insurance or finance industries and be proficient in using collaborative platforms.
