We are seeking an exceptional coaching and knowledge management professional to join our team in Brisbane.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, experience in designing and delivering training programs and workplace coaching, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver on-the-job training and coaching programs that align with industry frameworks.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality knowledge articles aligned with best practices.
  • Identify knowledge gaps and develop targeted solutions to bridge these gaps.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of training and knowledge management with business objectives.
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to enhance customer experiences and reinforce newly acquired skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs and workplace coaching.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues and business stakeholders.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the capacity to adapt communication styles to suit diverse audiences.
  • Able to maintain high performance standards and motivate others to follow suit.
  • Highly organized, with excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in interpreting relevant financial and superannuation legislation, regulations, and policies, with experience in the superannuation, insurance, or finance industry.
  • Strong computer literacy and experience using collaborative platforms.
