Coaching and Knowledge Management Role

The role of Coaching and Knowledge Management Specialist involves delivering coaching and on-the-job training to new and existing team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.

  • Deliver on-the-job training and coaching in line with ART frameworks across different modes, including face-to-face and virtual sessions, with a focus on positive and engaging learning experiences
  • Create and update knowledge articles that align to best practice and ensure content is up to date and relevant
  • Identify knowledge gaps and develop solutions to address them
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure training and knowledge management is consistent and aligned to divisional strategy and objectives
  • Provide timely feedback and coaching to uplift customer experiences and embed newly acquired skills

This requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to identify problems and propose quick, creative solutions, and experience in delivering training and workplace coaching. If you're a great communicator with a passion for customer service, we welcome your application.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain high performance and quality benchmarks for others to follow
  • Be highly organised with time management skills and able to manage multiple tasks to achieve goals
  • Have experience interpreting relevant financial and superannuation legislation, regulations and policies; experience in superannuation, insurance or finance industries
  • Be proficient in using collaborative platforms
