**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Intelligence Analyst to join our team at the Dame Phyllis Frost Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing critical intelligence support to prison management in maintaining security, good order, and management of the facility.

The Intelligence Analyst will lead the collation, analysis, and controlled dissemination of intelligence information to identify potential prisoner incidents/unrest, prevent prisoner escapes, and prevent the introduction and usage of contraband within the prison.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collate, analyze, and present intelligence briefings to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including law enforcement agencies, government departments, and other relevant organizations.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify emerging threats and opportunities relating to activities within the Dame Phyllis Frost Centre that affect security and good order of the prison.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or thematic knowledge of analytical intelligence.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary principles and practices applying to intelligence functions within the criminal justice system and across intelligence agencies.
  • Possession of, or progression towards, an accredited Intelligence Analyst qualification is highly desirable.
