IT Operations Manager Opportunity

We seek a proactive and technically skilled IT professional to manage our day-to-day IT needs.

This is a hands-on role with scope to shape the company's IT environment and deliver solutions that keep us connected, productive and secure.

About You
  • 5+ years' experience in IT management, systems administration or a similar role
  • Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 tenant administration, SharePoint and Teams
  • Proficient in network operations and network security
  • Familiarity with Intune, Apple Business Manager and device/application management
  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving and project management skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement ability, with a customer-service mindset
  • Highly organised, commercially astute and detail-focused
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude, calm under pressure and willing to travel to an office when required
