Student Placement Consultant

Our organisation places international students into universities and institutes, and supports their education journey from start to finish.

We are seeking a highly experienced student placement consultant to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct student consultations, assess academic backgrounds, and build relationships with educational providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct student consultations (phone, in-person, online); assess academic background and goals
  • Coordinate offers, GTE, COE and enrolment steps; maintain accurate records
  • Build and manage relationships with educational providers; stay current on intakes, scholarships, and entry criteria
  • Achieve monthly placement/conversion targets; provide clear pipeline and progress reporting
  • Represent the organisation at info sessions and community events as required

About You:

  • Recent experience in international student placement is essential
  • Proven success placing onshore/offshore students into Australian providers is desirable
  • Strong understanding of admissions, packaging, and COE processes is necessary
  • Visa knowledge (Student visa) is advantageous
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and time-management skills are required
  • Comfortable with CRMs, spreadsheets, and provider portals
  • Right to work in Australia
