International Student Placement Specialist

As a student placement specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and guidance to international students.
Reporting to the Student Placement Manager, you will play a key role in counselling enquiries and selling services to students over the phone, email, and in person.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding and meeting students' needs
- Focus on growing the international student market through effective sales conversion techniques
- Achieve excellent customer service by proactively responding to student queries and guiding them on their study and visa needs
- Track and manage lead (enquiries) and student life cycle pipeline on the company's Customer Relationship Management platform
- Engage with education institution representatives to increase referrals from existing students and other student communities/events
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Fluency in a regional language and English
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in the International Education Industry
- QEAC Certified candidates are preferred
- Valid Australian visa with full-time work rights
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, interpersonal
- Demonstrated team player
- Experience in using Customer Relationship Management platforms
