Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide student placement support and visa guidance to international students.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be fluent in regional languages, and have experience in the International Education sector.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality customer service by understanding and meeting students' needs.
  • Grow the Indian Subcontinent student market through effective sales conversion techniques.
  • Proactively respond to student queries and guide them on their study and visa needs.
  • Achieve individual student placement targets.
  • Track and manage lead pipelines on our Customer Relationship Management platform.
  • Increase referrals from existing students and other communities.
  • Engage with education institution representatives.
Requirements
  • Fluent in any one regional language (Hindi, Punjabi, Gujarati, Telegu, etc.) and English.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the International Education Industry.
  • QEAC certification preferred.
  • Valid Australian visa with full-time work rights.
  • Customer-centric approach with cross-cultural environment adaptability.
  • Understand the needs of international students.
  • Proven track record of strong sales achievement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated team player with CRM experience.
